Nature-Based Retreats & Yoga

There’s something deeply healing that happens when we return to nature with intention. Through personalized, nature-based experiences, I guide individuals and groups seeking clarity, connection, and alignment of mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in a trauma-informed approach, these experiences use somatic practices—like yoga, mindfulness, and outdoor immersion—to help people reconnect with their bodies, restore their nervous systems, and rediscover a sense of inner calm and strength. Whether you're healing from trauma or simply longing to feel more grounded and alive, nature can be a powerful co-guide on your journey.

Offerings:

Rewilding for Women

Reclaim your wild. Reconnect with your inner wisdom by immersing yourself in nature, sisterhood, and the deep knowing that lives in your body. These experiences are an invitation to return home to yourself—through movement, stillness, and shared time in untamed places. I’m passionate about guiding women back to the healing rhythms of the earth and the power of their own intuition.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Reconnect with your body, breath, and the present moment through yoga and mindfulness in wild and beautiful places. My trauma-informed sessions are designed to welcome all bodies and all experiences—whether you're seeking strength, stillness, or simply space to exhale. You’re invited to move in a way that honors what your body needs, empowering you to return to yourself with compassion and presence.

Finding your Purpose

What lights you up? What’s standing in the way? Through gentle guidance and nature-based reflection, we’ll explore what brings you meaning, joy, and purpose. By reconnecting with the rhythms of the natural world, you can begin to hear your own inner wisdom more clearly—and take grounded steps toward living a life that feels true to you.

Recent Experience

Field Instructor, Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness

I co-facilitated one-on-one and group therapy sessions with at-risk youth and young adults, using a nomadic model, in the Appalachian Mountains. Through mindfulness techniques, the students were challenged to explore their identity, understand and regulate emotions, foster resiliency, learn assertive communication, cope with grief and trauma, and improve self-care.

Yoga for humanitarians

I facilitated trauma-informed yoga sessions for humanitarians working in Ukraine and Moldova to cope with the stressors of life and work in an emergency setting.

Certified Yoga Teacher, Karuna Yoga Journeys

I began my yoga teacher journey in 2021 exploring trauma-informed yoga foundations with Yoga for Humankind, and have since graduated as a vinyasa yoga teacher (with elements of yin) in 2022 with Karuna Yoga Journeys. I enjoy leading classes outside in nature, connecting mind with body, using a yin/yang style of yoga to balance and ground ourselves. I have taught classes in Kenya, Moldova, Ukraine, and the United States both online and in-person.

International Women’s Day Retreat

I led an all-levels community yoga class as a part of a retreat for F-Cafe, a women-led organization and green creative hub for all people to learn, grow and connect to nature and each other in Watamu, Kenya for International Women’s Day.

“I love, love, loved your class, everything about it. The theme was so beautifully followed throughout and I felt like it was so well thought out.”
