I’m passionate about supporting individuals and communities through both one-on-one therapy and global mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) initiatives. I take a systems and trauma-informed approach to foster resilience, reconnection, and wellbeing.
About Me
I’ve always found the greatest joy in helping others feel empowered—whether through therapy, yoga, mountain adventures, or supporting conflict-affected and marginalized communities around the world. My work has taken me from advising on MHPSS in crisis settings to walking alongside women and young people navigating anxiety, uncertainty, self-doubt, and harmful gender norms. Off the clock, I come alive in wild places—mountains, forests, and open water—where I reconnect with myself and find inspiration. Through my offerings, I hope to create spaces for healing, growth, and belonging—especially for women and those too often left out of the conversation.

My story
I came to therapy through a different path than most. Before becoming a clinician, I spent nearly a decade working in humanitarian settings — from refugee camps and conflict zones to remote villages. I witnessed not only the devastation of crisis but also the extraordinary resilience of people navigating loss, upheaval, and uncertainty.
Those experiences shaped me. I saw how stress, trauma, and constant transition take a toll — not just on displaced communities, but on humanitarians, expats, and everyday people trying to hold it all together. I realized that true resilience depends on more than crisis response — people need a foundation of mental health and wellbeing to survive, thrive, and face life’s emergencies with strength.
One thing I learned along the way is that stories matter. In every context — whether sitting under a tree in a refugee settlement or in a therapy room — telling our stories and being truly heard is often the beginning of healing. Stories carry pain, but they also carry resilience, identity, and hope.
Now, as a therapist, I bring that same global perspective and grounded compassion into the room with you. My work is less about “fixing” and more about helping you reconnect with your story, your strength, and your joy so you can move forward authentically.
