Clinical Social Worker | MHPSS & Protection Advisor | Adventurer

Hi, I’m Lindsay—a clinical social worker and humanitarian passionate about supporting mental health and psychosocial wellbeing for communities affected by conflict, inequality, gender-based violence, and other potentially traumatic experiences. I believe mental health is a human right, and that healing happens in safe, compassionate, and culturally grounded spaces.

Whether I’m working one-on-one or supporting organizations, I take a trauma-informed, systems-based approach—recognizing that individual wellbeing is deeply connected to the structures and communities around us. I use evidence-based practices to help people reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and foster lasting change.

If you’re navigating a personal journey or seeking thoughtful, strategic MHPSS support, I’d love to connect. You’re not alone—and I’m so glad you’re here.

Mental Health Therapy

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or a bit lost? You're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I offer culturally sensitive therapy for refugees, immigrants, humanitarians, and expats navigating transitions, trauma, identity, and burnout. My approach is rooted in compassion and authenticity, helping you reconnect with your inner strength and create a more grounded, fulfilling life. I also draw on the healing power of nature to support calm, resilience, and self-trust. Sessions are available online or in-person, depending on where you are.

MHPSS Consulting

I work with international and local organizations to provide technical support to Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and protection programs designed to support vulnerable populations, in particular, children, survivors of conflict, trauma, and gender-based violence.
